Washington Park
If you’re looking for a small park with a large gazebo overlooking the playground (for a birthday party, for example), I think it’s a great find.
Walnut Creek Recreation Area
This is a GREAT park! Versatile playground equipment, long walking/biking trails (about three miles), covered picnic tables, and natural shade make this a wonderful place to meet with friends. Love that there is a bathroom and lots of wildlife to observe!
Walnut Creek Hills North Park
Such an adorable park to take little ones to – I would recommend this for families with children under 4 years. With plenty of shade, this would be a great place to have a relaxing afternoon. While there is sand, the majority of the playground is on rubber padding!
Valley View Park
The design of the park is great for children of various ages. Tennis shoes are recommended because of the pea gravel.
Val Verde Park
A newer park hidden behind homes with tall metal slides and lots of green space.
Upland Park
