Yes, Santa Claus himself has marked his calendar with a series of stops in Omaha, ensuring that kids of all ages get a chance to share their Christmas with him. Whether you’re looking to capture that picture-perfect moment with Santa, enjoy a hearty breakfast alongside him, or partake in fun-filled activities, Omaha has something special in store. 2025 events and photo opportunities with Santa Claus

  • Santa’s Wonderland is Nov. 1 through Dec. 24, 2025 at Bass Pro Shops, 2901 Bass Pro Drive, Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Cabela’s, 12703 Westport Parkway, LaVista, Neb. You can get a photo with Santa for free or buy a package. You can show up without a reservation but expect a wait. There is a free weekday kid’s craft giveaway, while supplies last.
  • Santa will be at Westroads Mall, 10000 California St., starting Nov. 21. Find him at the Lower Level Von Maur Court. Walk-ups are welcome, though you can also reserve a time. Pet photos with Santa will be offered on Mondays and Tuesdays, Nov. 24-Dec. 16, from 4 to 7 p.m.
  • Look for Santa at Falconwood Frosty Nights Christmas Village & Lights at Falconwood Park, 905 Allied Road, Bellevue, Neb. The event runs Nov. 22 through Jan. 1, 2026. Admission to Frosty Nights is $20 for adults and $10 for kids (ages 3-12) in advance; season passes also available. There is no additional charge to get pictures with Santa.
  • Santa will be at Mulhall’s, 3615 N. 120th St., from Nov. 28 through Dec. 21 on Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m., and Saturdays & Sundays from noon to 3 p.m. Cost is $10 for members and $20 for non-members; every ticket includes a $10 off coupon to use in the store.
  • Visit Santa at Regency Court from Nov. 28 through Dec. 24. Find him at the center court outside Borsheims, 120 Regency Parkway. Photo packages are available through Mary Kay Photography. Cameras are allowed with a minimum purchase. Pet Nights with Santa will be on Wednesdays, Dec. 3, 10 & 17 from 6 to 8 p.m.; reservations required.

  • Pancakes With Santa is Nov 29 and Dec. 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Lauritzen Gardens, 100 Bancroft St. The Pancake Man will be serving pancakes, sausage, juice, coffee in the garden’s great hall. Bring your own camera for photos. Cost is $25 for ages 13+, $15 for ages 3-12 and free for ages 2 and younger; members receive 30% off tickets.
  • Santa Will Be At Hollywood Candy, 1209 Jackson St., for free photos on Nov. 29 & 30 from 2 to 5 p.m.; Dec. 5 from 5 to 8 p.m.; Dec. 6, 13 & 14 from 2 to 5 p.m.; Dec. 19 from 5 to 8 p.m.; and Dec. 20 from 2 to 5 p.m.
  • Gingerbread Cookie Decorating with Santa and Mrs. Claus takes place on Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. to noon, Dec. 8 from 4 to 6 p.m., & Dec. 16 from 10 a.m. to noon at Santa’s Workshop at Shadow Lake Towne Center (near Torrid), 72nd Street and Highway 370, Papillion, Neb. Free, but guests are asked to bring one non-perishable food item per person participating in cookie decorating. All donations will go to support local families in need. Gingerbread Cookie Decorating and Pizza with Santa will be on Dec. 22 from 4 to 6 p.m.; timed tickets are required, but the event is also free.
  • Find Santa at The Durham Museum, 801 S. 10th St., at Santa’s Cabin open daily during Christmas at Union Station, including during Family Nights with Santa held on Tuesdays, Dec. 2, 9, 16 and 23 from 5 to 8 p.m. Included with museum admission.
  • Santa will be at Oak View Mall, 3001 S. 144th St., on the following dates: Dec. 13 & 14 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Dec. 19 from 4 to 7 p.m., Dec. 20 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Dec. 22 & 23 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Santa will be at KIPP Omaha, 14445 W. Center Road, Suite 101, on Dec. 19 and 20 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Take your own photos. Event includes Santa-provided goodie bags and reindeer food–making station. Included with regular admission
  • Cookies With The Clauses is Dec. 20 at Omaha’s zoo, with two sessions: 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. The experience includes cooke decorating, crafts, and pictures with Santa. Cost is $30 for every ages 2+; Members get 25%.
  • Husker Santa will be at Mangelsen’s, 3457 S. 84th St., on Dec. 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Santa Meet & Greet is Dec. 21 from 2 to 5 p.m. at The Rusty Nail & Bar, 14210 Pierce Plaza. Entry is free and you a take your own photos.
