The summer exhibition, "Tremendous Topiaries," is on display from May 26 through Sept. 1 at Lauritzen Gardens. From a flock of flamingos to a big bison, these topiaries are lifelike interpretations of animals that use live plants to mimic the colors and textures of feathers, fur, scales, and skin. See what’s involved in the care... Gifford Farm will be open to the public on Mondays from March 23 through Oct. 30 (except for Memorial Day & Labor Day), and every Friday from Aug. 3 through Oct. 30.
