Strange times we’re in. I can’t even put into words how much I wish I could gather a group of friends at one of my favorite Omaha restaurants for a relaxing meal and drinks. But, for now, photos are going to have to suffice. And Instagram is the place to find them. I rounded up local restaurants who have brought their A Game to Instagram these days. Give them a follow!

Omaha Restaurants That Rock On Instagram
These restaurants are killing it on Instagram with their drool-inducing photos. If you can't visit your favorite local restaurant (or discover a new favorite), then at the very least, curate an Instagram feed full of good food.
Modern Love is upscale vegan food and even meat-eaters are going to be tempted when they see the photos on their curated feed.
Baked goods have never looked so good. Farine + Four will have you craving breakfast, brunch and dessert all day long.
OK, I confess. I may only be following The Hunger Block to see what kind of crazy milkshake they'll come up with next. But, they do share food pictures too.
But really, those milkshakes, you guys.
Sometimes the food at Au Courant is almost too pretty to consider eating. Almost.
Each bite is packed with flavor.
Italian cuisine has never tasted this good...or looked this good. The ingredients are seasonal, so expect their feed to match the season.
It should be no surprise to anyone that I love ice cream. One of the best accounts to follow with pure, unadulterated ice cream shots is the Coneflower account. Enjoy!
Via Farina's wood-fired pizza game is legendary. Their photos live up to their food.
With three locations, there's likely a Hiro 88 near you. If you've never been for their sushi, browse this Instagram feed to see what you've been missing. I recommend going for Happy Hour.
Having dined at Monarch Prime & Bar, I feel like it should be pointed out that the photos often match the atmosphere of the restaurant: Romantically, alluring, and creative.
OK, OK, The Cordial Cherry isn't a restaurant, but this local sweet shop sells the most artfully designed dipped cherries. You really have to see the photos to believe what they're capable of making!
If you're looking for a good burger paired with a German beer, this is the place and these are the photos.
Want to know more about restaurants in Omaha?
If you’re new to the blog, let me fill you in on something: I write about Omaha a lot. And I tend to write A LOT about Omaha restaurants. Use the search tool to lookup type of food found in Omaha (try pizzas, bakeries, hamburgers, donuts, steaks) or neighborhood (I recommend Blackstone, West Omaha or the Old Market).
I’m a mom, so most of time, dining in Omaha is a chaotic affair with my young kids. But we still dine well. So if you want to know where to go in Omaha where you can enjoy good food AND feel comfortable bringing along kids, read this post about family-friendly Omaha restaurants. I even narrowed down a few good options in the downtown area.
No kids? Try these Omaha date night restaurants.
