Description

Zorinsky Lake’s newest playground is the Inclusive Playground on the north side of the lake (use the 156th and F streets entrance), and it’s one of the most wonderfully-designed playground that appeals to all ages. When I visited, it was a busy place with toddlers, big kids, and event teens wandering around. The entire playground is over rubber, fall-safe padding. There’s a lot to love about this playground!

The playground is accessible throughout, with ramps onto equipment, accessible swings, and merry-go-round with zero step up, and a wheel-chair swing. There are the typical playground elements, like slides and climbing pieces, as well as more unique play options like instruments and a light-up game. There are a couple of domes to climb and crawl through. There are poles for shade-blocking umbrellas, so there may be better shading in the summer than other seasons.

The toddler area is adorable, with a colorful playhouse and a low climbing area.
