Watson Park

Devere Watson Park’s playground is a quiet one with equipment in good condition. Features include a couple of slides (a short, slightly curved slide and a medium-sized straight slide). It has interesting climbing features, as well as some stepping pods. There’s a swing set with traditional swings and baby swings, as well as a newer merry-go-round.

The playground has a mix of rubber padding and pea gravel for ground cover. The rubber padding has some wear and tear and appears to be uneven in places. 

There is some shade created under the playground equipment, and there is some shade on the playground eqipment from canopies. There is one picnic table with a small amount of shade.
