Stonecroft Park

This playground is really unique. It has really great color scheme and is accessible for all ages and abilities. It has multiple slides, different ways of entering on and off the playground, different sound booths, as well as a mommy and baby swings, infant and adult with disability swing. It’s very innovative and have plenty of room for lots of children. There’s also instruments where children can make their own music.

There are several climbing elements, including a web climber and monkey bars. There are also stepping pods, spinners, and ride-on toys.

There is no shade over the playground, but there is a huge gazebo. When you’re going up on certain parts of the slides, there are shading covers as well, so there’s definitely room for someone to go under in case something like weather occurs.

We had a birthday party at this park and I think it was amazing. I think it was open enough and not too crowded for everyone to play and have parents go with their children and follow them in and out of the playground area. An important thing I would say is since it is a large park, it’s by a busy street, so just making sure you keep an eye on your children at all times.
