Southwind Park

Southwind Park is a great park with two large separate structures for little and big kids. There’s a lot to do here! The equipment is nice, though a little weathered. Nothing that should deter anyone. 

For the little kids, there are four slides (two racers, a bumpy and a swirly). There’s a tic tac toe game and age appropriate climbing for them, too. For the big kids, there’s a straight slide, swirly slide, and a glider. There are baby swings and big kid swings.

The playground is not super shaded, though some benches are in the shade. There’s additional shade under a pavilion where there are some picnic tables. 

This park was larger than I expected. There’s a basketball court, nearby dog park, and lots of green space.
