Schwer Park

This is my favorite park in the Papillion/La Vista area! Not only is the playground equipment great for a large age range, the splash pad paired with the large pavilion and restrooms make this a park you can spend all day at with your family/friends!

This playground includes a large main structure, a small toddler structure, and a swing set. The large structure includes one curvy tunnel slide, a straight tunnel slide, a large straight slide, two “rock” type climbers, a couple other ladders, and a large, enclosed rope ladder.

The toddler structure has a small straight slide, a smaller rock wall, and a few activity boards/hand spinners. Surrounding the play structures are a petal spinner and a globed climbing spinner, as well as a swing set that includes two traditional swings, an inclusive swing, and a Konnection swing.

Down the path from the playground is a large splash pad!

The accessible features of the playground include various activity boards throughout the playground that are near the ground, as well the inclusive swing. The splash pad is accessible, as well, with a flat surface.

The playground structures offer built-in shade, as well as plenty of tree coverage surrounding the play area. There is a large pavilion with nine picnic tables. The spash pad also has a few awnings with benches underneath (not yet up, though)
