Roanoke Park

Roanoke Park offers two separate play areas. The first play area is located right next to the pool and features a very unique climbing spinner merry-go-round that looks like a fun challenge for older kids. This area also includes swings and a few ride-on animals for younger children. A short walk away is the second playground area, which features a nice play structure with several different types of slides, a variety of climbing ladders, and monkey bars for kids to swing across. A few pieces in the first play area could use a fresh coat of paint, but overall the park offers a fun and active place for kids to play.

No lack of shade here! There are tons of trees and a small pavilion.
