Pacific Springs Park

Description

We love this park, especially on hot days. It’s beautifully shaded with large mature trees, which makes it much more comfortable in the summer. There’s a nice pavilion and great slides for younger kids. Since it’s near Pacific Street, the traffic can feel a little nerve-wracking if little ones tend to wander, though the playground does sit down the hill a bit from the road. The walking path around the park is also wonderful and makes for a really enjoyable visit overall.

The playground includes a couple of slides (a curvy slide and a tube slide). The swing set has traditional swings and baby swings, and nearby, there’s a large saucer swing. Other play equipment include a tic tac toe game and some climbing ladders. The playground is mostly sand-covered with some rubber padding under equipment. This park could use a bit of love!

This is the park that we go to when it’s hot out! It’s so beautifully-shaded with large trees. It also has a pavilion!
