Harrison Heights Park
Description
Harrison Heights Park is a neighborhood playground that’s not the easiest to find, since it’s tucked behind a row of houses between a dead-in street and a Martha Street. But, I’m glad I did because it’s a cute little playground! It’s located far enough away from streets, that there should be no concern for kids wandering off.
The play equipment consists of a swirly slide and a bumpy slide. There’s a little climbing wall separated from the main equipment. The swing set has two traditional swings and two baby swings, and nearby, there’s are dino and dolphin bouncers. The ground cover is mostly sand with some rubber platforms.
There are lots of tall trees around the park but they’re not necessarily providing shade all the time. There are a couple of benches and one picnic table.
