Eastern Hills Trail Stop Park

Eastern Hills Trail Stop Park is very clean and the pathway and rubber padding makes it accessible. Personally, I feel the equipment is better suited for kids ages 5 and older. My toddler does not enjoy this playground as much, and some of the equipment is challenging for younger children to navigate.

The playground has two slides: One slide is very tall and slightly curved. The other slide is a straight roller slide. There are two swings, including a traditional swing and accessible swing. There are many climbing features, such as climbing ropes, rock climbing wall, rope webs, and bridges. The condition of the equipment looks new and clean.

There’s a minimal amount of accessibility. The park has accessible parking spaces. It has a paved path leading from the parking lot to the playground. The playground has rubber padding throughout. There is an accessible swing. 

There isn’t a lot of shade over the playground equipment, though there is some shade under the equipment. There is also a small gazebo/picnic shelter that provides some shade.
