Bryan Park

The playground equipment at Bryan Park consists of a main play structure with one curvy slide and two short, straight slides along with climbing structures, a pull-up bar, monkey bars and tic tac toe. Nearby, there is a swing set with two baby swings and two traditional swings. There’s also a soft play area with rubber padding for flooring that has a ride-on toy and stepping stones. 

Some play areas are shaded by trees. A nice pavilion offers shade with picnic tables underneath. There is not much shade on/under the main play structure.

There are some accessible areas in the playground. There are wide platform onto main play structure (met with stairs). A soft rubber padded area with a low to the ground ride on toy, springy toy and stepping pods. But, the sand makes it difficult to maneuver.  

The playground is right next to Bryan Elementary, so the soccer fields may belong to the school.

This park is a little difficult to get to as it’s situated between paths in a residential area behind Bryan Elementary. Parking is limited if you’re driving directly to this playground. The equipment is a bit dated and worn, with some painting or other possible upkeep needed. All of the play equipment was in working order and provided the basics such as swings, slides and several other “no frills” structures. Lots of benches, bike parking and mature trees surrounding the area with a nice pavilion.
