Belles’ Play Garden

Belles’ Play Garden is an imaginative little playground at a large park. It’s a very cute place to play! It’s clearly inspired by the Missouri River this park overlooks.

The big feature is the pelican play structure that kids can walk into. It has a slide, and nearby, there are low-lying climbing elements, hammocks, and reeds with ropes strung between them. There’s a splash pad nearby that’s open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. seasonally.

Tom Hanafan River’s Edge Park, where Belles’ Play Garden is located, is a large green space, with a trail system connected to it. There’s a pedestrian bridge to cross over the river, and opening in the summer of 2026, there will be a lookout tower with an adventure course that includes an outdoor 50-foot climbing wall, simulated caving experiences, and a roll-glide ride.
