Bahnsen Park

My family enjoyed the equipment at Bahnsen Park. My daughter especially loved watching the planes coming in for landing at the airport, as they get pretty low and offer good views from the park.

The playground has four slides (one tall spiral slide, a tunnel slide, a smaller straight slide, and a smaller racer slide). The swing set has several types of swings, including traditional swings, a baby swing, and an adaptive swing. Other park features include diggers, bouncers and ladders. The playground is mostly covered with pea gravel. There is some rubber ground covering near equipment. 

There is a paved pathway leading from the parking lot to the playground area. It is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the playground area. There is rubber padding leading to the steps of the playground. There is also rubber padding leading to one of the diggers and the accessible swing.

Bahnsen Park has shady areas on the playground equipment and underneath the playground equipment. There is also a pavilion with picnic tables. Trees offer a good amount of shade, as well.
