What are the two most popular posts on your blog? What makes them so good?

Ironically, this one and this one. I think they’ve been so successful because they’re an incredibly personal look into my life/family. Both feature one of my sisters (I have three) and are more emotionally-driven than my more surface-level posts regarding fashion & fitness.

What social media channel are you on the most and why? Instagram for sure. I love being able to capture moments with a single picture & a short caption. It’s fun to share such small pieces of my day, plus I find TONS of inspiration there. From outfits to new workouts to interior design and motivational quotes, I scroll Insta way more than probably necessary. 🙂
You get one hour to spend on writing, where in Omaha do you go? If the weather is good, I love to grab a big cozy blanket and head to Lake Cunningham (next to the lighthouse) where my view is unobstructed and I feel like I’m miles from the hustle & bustle, yet only minutes away. If it’s not so nice, Fox Hollow Coffee Shop is my go-to. I love the people, the drinks, and the sweet little fireplace.
If friends visit from out of town, what three places would you take them to? Lucky Bucket Brewery for a tour, appetizers & drinks at M’s Pub, and the zoo!
What’s your favorite free thing to do in Omaha? Go for a long run around Lake Zorinksy with my hubby and our Labradoodle, Beckett!

I’m a 26, Midwestern born and raised, oldest of four girls, wife of three years to Kyle, and dog-mom to my 5-year-old Labradoodle, Beckett. I have a passion for writing, survive on coconut milk lattes, and have too many pairs of jeans. By day I work in the work of IT and by night I try to fit in blogging, happy hours, and quality time with loved ones.
