Description

We’ve visited this park quite a bit since we live in the neighborhood. It’s a great park for toddlers and younger kids, though there isn’t a ton for older children besides the rock climbing wall. The area feels very safe overall, although some of the playground equipment does have graffiti/vandalism on it.

Equipment includes a curvy slide and racer slides, a swing set with baby swings and traditional swings, and diggers. There’s a large boulder to climb, too. There is a pavilion at this park and some pine trees around but it’s still a sunny park with little shade.

Right next to it is the playground for Fire Ridge Elementary, which includes a basketball court, baseball field, and a larger playground geared toward older kids. Families are allowed to use it outside of school hours only (learned that one the hard way 😅), so it’s especially great when the school isn’t using the space and kids can explore the whole area.
