Regency Park Playground Tot Lot
Description
You can easily drive past this playground in the Regency neighborhood if you didn’t know where to look. It’s tucked behind small, rolling mounds of green space with no discernible parking for it. It’s definitely a neighborhood playground that’s doesn’t want to call attention to itself.
It’s a nice spot to play, though. There’s a mix of sand and rubber flooring. It has some equipment that makes it stand out from a typical neighborhood playground. It has a cool merry go round as well as an interesting climbing structure made of what looks like thick, metal ropes.
Additional features include a couple of slides, traditional and baby swings, a sand digger, and some balancing steps. The main playground equipment also has a slider to hang on to for a zipline-type experience. Nearby, there’s a covered picnic area with tables.
