La Vista Central Park East

Central Park East is a standout new playground in La Vista. The small playground has untraditional play structures shaped like giant logs and boulders. They’re great for climbing and playing inside. There’s a swing set with baby swings, traditional swings and a saucer-type swing. There’s also a spinner and a bridge with stepping stones. It’s all fall-safe rubber floor covering and mulch around the playground, too.

The playground itself isn’t shaded, but there are tall trees nearby providing shade for benches. The whole park is quite large, with a ton of green space and running trails. There’s a building nearby with restrooms, water fountains, and an awning covering a lot of picnic tables.
