McCann Park

McCann Park is one of those parks that’s quietly reliable — it may not be flashy, but it delivers where it counts.

Located right across from baseball fields and next to tennis courts in excellent condition, it’s a great option if your family has multiple interests going on at once. Older kids can shoot hoops at the half basketball court (with an adjustable basket), while younger ones stick to the playground.

There’s plenty of grassy space, which is perfect for running around or bringing a ball. The swing setup is also solid: two baby swings, one regular, and one handicapped swing, offering a bit of flexibility for different needs.

Parking is easy, which is always a major win, especially when you’re juggling kids and gear. There are picnic tables and trash cans, so snacks are easy and cleanup is manageable.

The biggest downside? No bathrooms. That’s really the main limitation here, so it’s best for shorter visits unless you’ve planned ahead.

All things considered, McCann Park is dependable and versatile — a great everyday park that works well for a quick outing or a casual play session.
