Mister K's Clubhouse (local children's show) offers birthday party performances. 30 minute sing and dance along by Mister K with puppet friends, plus 10 goodie bags and certificate for birthday kid. Also include simple balloon animals for each kid up to 10. $200 for the hour.

Maplewood Lanes has great food/party package deals on bowling parties, and a party room. It's great even for toddlers, with bumper lanes and the dragon ball rolling assist ramps.
