Nelson Produce Farm's Sixth Annual Watermelon Festival will be held over two weekends: Aug. 3 & 4 and Aug. 10 & 11. Highlights include the farm's famous watermelon slushie, watermelon bus rides, watermelon eating contest, seed spitting contest, hayrack ride, face painting, Tri-ath-melon, all-you-can-eat watermelon buffet, exploding watermelon, and live music.

Nelson Produce Corn Fest is July 8-9 & July 15-16. Festivities include all-you-can-eat-corn, corn picking, photo contest, hayrack rides, scavenger hunt, and face painting. Tickets $20 per person at the gate or $15 online when bought in advance; entrance included with season passes.
