The free, all-ages Kentucky Derby celebration at La Vista City Centre will be the ultimate outdoor party featuring a large-screen viewing of the Kentucky Derby. Oktoberfest is Sept. 27 at La Vista City Centre featuring live music, games and activities, food trucks and a beer garden. Brat eating contest is at 2:30 p.m., Oktoberfest Best Dressed contest at 6:45 p.m., and beer stein holding contest at 7:15 p.m. All ages welcomed.
