The 43rd Annual Creighton University School of Medicine Walk for Wishes 5K is Oct. 3 at Chalco Hills Recreation Area. The family-friendly charity 5K supports Make-A-Wish Nebraska. Registration includes a race shirt, snacks, and refreshments.
World O! Water is a free event on Sept. 12 featuring for highlighting the vital role water plays in our daily lives and community. There will be a free hot dog lunch, face painting, and activities for the whole family. It's open to all ages.
