Sky Zone Omaha Holiday Giveaway

I timed this last giveaway to be on the day after Thanksgiving for a reason.

Trampolines. The workout that doesn’t feel like a workout.

I got to check out the indoor trampoline park with my family a few months ago and we had so much fun. Here’s my review.

Do you know how many calories you can burn jumping and chasing little kids for 30 minutes? Like a heap of mashed potatoes-worth or something.

So, now that things aren’t as warm as they used to be – and it’s only going to get colder – I’m reminding you all about Sky Zone.

The Foam Zone has about 10,000 cubes of foam. It was a favorite our my family's.

Jumping into the Foam Zone was a family favorite.

Do something active that doesn’t require three layers and snow boots!
