For the past few months, I’ve been making a push to get in better shape, and I landed on a gym that suits me great: Artis Athletics. The gym owner, Ray Harrower, also happens to be the founder of Big Red Rugby. On the heels of the Olympics and the soaring popularity of the sport in the U.S., Dee and I figured it’s a good time to invite Ray to the podcast to talk about it, as well as talking about what it takes to maintain an active life (and love it). Enjoy!

This is a good podcast for you to learn the ins and outs of rugby quickly. As Ray puts it: Wrestling and football combined is rugby. But there’s a bit more to it. 🙂
