Winterland at Heartwood Preserve transforms Heartwood Park into a free holiday ice-skating rink from Nov. 29 through Jan. 5. Admission and ice skate rentals are free; reservations recommended.
Special activities include:
- Live DJ from 7-10 p.m. each Friday along with festive themed-hot chocolate and mocktail beverages for purchase
- Community Stage Saturdays with holiday performances from schools and community groups from noon to 3 p.m.
- Sundays with Santa, where you can get photos with Santa, listen to story time, and make arts and crafts from 1 to 4 p.m.
