- Events on Friday, Aug. 8, will be held on Spruce Street and includes food trucks and a beer garden. Ellsworth Crossing Backyard BBQ Contest is Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. Traynr Band Music plays from 8 to 10 p.m.
Saturday
- 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. – DC West Alumni Basketball Tournament at DC West School
- 8 to 11 a.m. – Pickleball Tournament at City Park
- 8 to 10 a.m. – The Pancake Man at Valley Lakes Assisted Living
- 8 to 11 a.m. – Face Painting & Farmers Market at Valley Lakes Assisted Living
- 9 to 10:30 a.m. – Sidewalk Chalk Contest at Valley Lakes Assisted Living
- 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Parade along Spruce Street
- 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. – Victory Masonic Lodge #310 Lunch at City Park
