Third Annual Butterfly Release

Each summer, more than 600 butterflies are released into the amphitheater at Shadow Lake Towne Center. The butterfly release takes place at noon. Families can purchase butterfly release kits ahead of time to join in on the excitement, or simply attend the event and enjoy the other activities planned. Butterfly kits can be purchased here.
Activities include:
- Interactive Wildlife Encounter (11:30 AM – 2:30 PM) – Meet a baby kangaroo, an alligator, and more
- Face painting
- Photo opportunities
- Food
