Spring Break Day: All About Beavers
March 13 @ 10:00 am – 11:30 am
Learn about beavers and their interesting habits, from tail-slapping to mud-digging to dam-building. The day starts in the classroom with a short presentation about nature’s builders geared towards school-aged kids. Then, the group heads out on a one-mile hike around the river trail to see evidence of our resident beavers. Dress to be outside for about an hour and wear shoes that can get muddy.
