Santa will cruise through the streets of La Vista before arriving in Central Park to light the tree, lead a singalong and take a group selfie with the community.
Schedule of events:
- 1-5 p.m. – Santa will make his way across city streets. (See route maps at CityofLaVista.org/SleighRide)
- 4 p.m. – Activities at Central Park begin with free cookies, hot cocoa, glow necklaces, caroling and live animals. Look for festive photos opps at the boardwalk and The Nines Plaza.
- 5:45 p.m. – Santa will arrive at the Santa’s Workshop (at Central Park)
- 6 p.m. – Santa lights the city’s Christmas tree and holiday lights, followed by a song and group selfie
