Ralston Community Theatre presents “Rock of Ages” on July 10-13, 17-20, and 24-27. Performances are Thursday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 5 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m. General admission tickets are $20; tables are available for $50-$100.
Synopsis: “Rock of Ages” is a high-energy, nostalgic musical that takes audiences on a wild ride through the 1980s rock-and-roll scene. Set on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, the story follows a small-town girl, Sherrie, and a city boy, Drew, as they navigate their dreams of stardom, love, and rock ‘n’ roll. With iconic hits like “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “I Wanna Know What Love Is,” and “Here I Go Again,” “Rock of Ages” is a heart-pounding, feel-good musical celebration of the era’s biggest rock anthems, complete with wild costumes, outrageous hair, and unforgettable tunes.
