The 2023 Pollinator Jamboree: Exploring the Garden is a free event by City Sprouts. There will be refreshments and snacks available, and a community meal starting at 6:30 p.m.
Activities include:
- Garden Tours: Shannon Kyler, North Programs Manager, will host tours throughout the event showing folks City Sprouts’ new + improved community garden.
- Flower Crowns: Decorate a flower crown with City Sprouts’ garden-fresh native flowers.
- Nature [Pollinator] Creatures: Using recycled materials (provided by City Sprouts), build your own pollinator buddy!
- Scavenger Hunt: Follow the clues and explore the garden to conquer the “hunt” and win a prize.
- Guest Tables: Bellevue Native Plant Society + Xerces Society will have fun activities and be able to answer your pressing pollinator questions!
