Nebraska Snow Sculpting Championship
February 13 @ 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Teams from across Nebraska will compete for the title of Nebraska State Champion and the opportunity to represent the state at the 2027 U.S. National Snow Sculpting Competition. Both amateur and professional sculptors are welcome.
Event Schedule (UPDATED DUE TO WARM WEATHER):
- Friday, February 13
4 to 8 p.m. – Public viewing
- Saturday, February 14
10 a.m. to 8 p.m. – Public viewing of teams sculpting
3 to 5 p.m. – People’s Choice voting begins
6 p.m. – Awards Ceremony
- Sunday, February 15
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Public viewing of finished sculptures
Note: In the event that weather conditions are not conducive to snow block preparation or sculpting, the event may be postponed or canceled. As an alternative, organizers may elect to provide ice blocks in place of snow.
