MY BODY, MY VOICE: Personal Stories Shared

On June 24, 2022, the United States Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, ending the federal constitutional right to abortion that had been in place for nearly fifty years. This landmark decision has deeply impacted the nation, prompting a wide range of emotional responses. Facilitated by Omaha-based Agribella Orbis, this event explores the diverse perspectives and personal experiences surrounding the issue of abortion through true stories shared by members of our community. This program is designed to provide support and foster dialogue for those affected by the Court’s ruling, and is part of the exhibition “The last safe abortion.:
