Kids In The Hy-Vee Kitchen

Kids In The Hy-Vee Kitchen is a kid’s cooking class recommended for kids ages 4-8 years old (parent is required to stay during the class). Children will have the opportunity to help make the recipes at the front of the room, which will then be distributed to the entire class. Some recipes will be made individually at the child’s seat. 

Cost is $15. Class is taught upstairs in Papillion Hy-Vee clubroom (stairs are located right when you come in the southeast entrance of the store).

• March 22 at 11 a.m. Kids will help make the following: Mint Chip Green Smoothie, Roasted Garlic Parmesan Edamame, Turkey Roll-ups, and Over the Rainbow Fruit Skewer. 
• March 24 at 4 p.m. Kids will help make the following: Mint Chip Green Smoothie, Roasted Garlic Parmesan Edamame, Turkey Roll-ups, and Over the Rainbow Fruit Skewer. 
• April 14 at 4 p.m. Kids will help make the following: Spring Veggie Pizza Appetizer, Strawberry Banana Soy Smoothie, South-of-the-Border Dip, and S’more Popcorn Treats.
• April 19 at 11 a.m. Kids will help make the following: Spring Veggie Pizza Appetizer, Strawberry Banana Soy Smoothie, South-of-the-Border Dip, and S’more Popcorn Treats.
