HIKE Under The Stars

$20HIKE Under the Stars is a community walk-a-thon taking place to raise money for The HIKE Fund, a 501(c)3 charity that provides hearing aids and other assistive hearing devices for children in need. The cost to participate is $20, which includes entry fee, food, games, a lighted toy and more. A highlight of the evening will be a glow-in-the-dark walk.
Participants are invited to wear Star Wars or other sci-fi themed costumes, and prizes will be awarded to the best dressed. The 501st Legion, a fan-based organization dedicated to the construction and wearing of screen accurate replica characters from the Star Wars universe, will be on site during the event to interact with participants.Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required.
The event is planned by Job’s Daughters, a youth group that empowers young women ages 10 to 20 to become strong and effective leaders through community service, sisterhood and fun.
