The City of Council Bluffs will welcome in spring with a hot air balloon glow at River’s Edge Council Bluffs. Six hot air balloons will be tethered down and inflated with their burners ignited, creating a magical light within their colorful fabric. There will also be food trucks, fire pits, and live music.
