Kiewit Luminarium’s annual exhibit of light, art and science runs Nov. 14 through Jan. 26. Programming for all ages explores the broad spectrum of light’s influence on human culture and its significance as a source of scientific inquiry in disciplines ranging from biology to astrophysics. Included with admission.
The opening event for “GLOW” is Nov. 14 from 7 to 10 p.m. during Night Light, for ages 18+. There will be special programming during Night Light events throughout the run of the exhibit.
All ages events include “GLOW: Life in a Different Light” on Nov. 16 from 1 to 2 p.m., and “GLOW: Fireflies and Their Flashy Behavior” with biologist Dr. Ted Burk on Nov. 23 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
