Free Comic Book Day At OPL

Free Comic Book Day events are planned at various Omaha Public Library branches. In addition to activities, all branches will have free comic books, while supplies last.
- 9 a.m. – noon – Superhero Training at the Downtown Branch; costumes encouraged
- 9 a.m. – noon – Superhero Training at Florence Branch; costumes encouraged
- 9 a.m. – noon – Superhero Training at Sorensen Branch; costumes encouraged
- 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Comic Book Workshop at South Omaha Branch; for teens 13-18. Registration is required.
- 1-2 p.m. – Science of Superheroes: The Origins and Power of Superman at Benson Branch; for ages 19+
- 2-3:30 p.m. – Comic Book Workshop at Saddlebrook Branch; for ages 10-18. Registration is required
- 3-4 p.m. – Genealogy of Superheroes at Genealogy & Local History Room. Registration is required and opens April 15
