Omaha Symphony’s “Fiona the Flamingo” is a concert-telling of the book by Rachael Urrutia Chu, with music by Beethoven. Alejandro Gómez Guillén is the conductor.
Poor Fiona Flamingo – try as she might, she can’t seem to get her bright white feathers to turn pink! Instead, they turn to shades of blue, green, and red as she experiences all of the emotions of a little peahen just trying to fit in with her flock.
