Every spring, Botna Bend park rangers Jon Fenner and Cory Thomas and their staff tap the silver maple trees that call the park home and collect their sweet sap to make homemade maple syrup. The maple syrup used for the pancake feed is made from syrup collected in the park.

Grilled pancakes and sausage will be served with the homemade maple syrup along with coffee and orange juice from 8 to 11 a.m.

Free Free-will donation is accepted. There is a $3 Vehicle Park Entry fee for the park.
