Bootcamp In The Park

La Vista Recreation is partnering with Ish Fitness to offer a free Bootcamp in the Park program this spring and summer. This free high-energy bootcamp will be held monthly at the Nines Plaza in Central Park (next other Astro Amphitheater). It’s perfect for intermediate/advanced fitness levels.
