Animation Academy Programs

Various programs will be held during the run of the special exhibit, “The Animation Academy: From Pencils to Pixels,” at The Durham Museum. Included with museum admission.
- Artist Workshops will be held on Wednesdays and Saturdays from May 31 through Aug. 30. These are hands-on drawing sessions led by local creatives from UNO, Metro Community College or museum staff. Sessions are at 11 a.m. and noon.
- Crafts at The Platform is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon from May 31 to Aug. 30. Enjoy kid-friendly crafts at the museum’s interactive play space.
- Animation Academy Guided Tours are held on Saturdays from May 31 through Aug. 30 from 1 to 2 p.m.
- Storytime at The Platform will be held on Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. from June 4 to Aug. 27.
- Animation Academy Trivia will be on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon from May 31-Aug. 30.
