Crosskey Villages Park
A tiny but cute playground located along the Big Papio Trail.

A tiny but cute playground located along the Big Papio Trail.
The park is not suitable for young children due to how close it is to the street and the rusted climbing gym; however the imaginative bus stop area is cute for older kids.
Cottonwood Park is a unique and fun playground that’s great for all ages. There are lots of climbing opportunities for adventurous kids, along with a smaller toddler-sized play structure for younger children. In addition to the playground, there is a sand volleyball court and a half basketball court for older kids and adults to enjoy. It’s also a great park for going on a walk, riding bikes, or just spending time outdoors. Overall, a fun and well-rounded park with something for everyone.
A neighborhood park in need of a little TLC.
A well-maintained but unremarkable neighborhood playground with a slide and some swings.
This park has a lot features all in one spot (playground, baseball fields, basketball court, pickleball courts, Council Bluffs Public Library Kiosk). There are good amounts of shade and the playground in very good condition. The parking situation is challenging sometimes, as there is street parking nearby, but this is limited to one side of the road.
