Nebraska Star Party
July 24 @ 9:00 pm – 11:30 pm
Nebraska Star Party is a chance to do some stargazing with powerful telescopes (telescopes will be provided). Join others at the park’s golf shack for a glimpse of the night sky spectaculars. Stargazing will begin at dusk. Remember to bring your camp chairs or blankets.

Friday, July 24 – rain date Saturday, July 25*
Friday, Aug. 21 – rain date Saturday, Aug. 22*
Friday, September 11 – rain date Saturday, Sept. 12*
*If that Friday night is forecasted to have too many clouds, substantial winds, or rain, then the next night, Saturday, will be the rescheduled event date. If Saturday night has a similar forecast, then the event will be cancelled for the month.
The event is free to the public, but you will need a valid Nebraska park entry permit for your vehicle.
