Florence Days is celebrated May 16 and 17, with one activity planned on May 15.

Activities include:

  • Florence Community Center celebrates its 50th anniversary on May 15 and 16. Free admission both days. Spin the wheel for prizes. There’s also pickleball on Friday from 10 a.m. to noon and 6 to 8 p.m., and on Saturday, there’s cake and refreshments from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., while supplies last. Open Gym 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Harold’s Koffee Haus – Pie eating contest is Saturday at 2 p.m. Pre-registration required.
  • Florence Mill – On Saturday at 3:30 p.m., meet and hear a mapper of historic trails, Bill Bolte, who will present “Dowsing Mormon and Pioneer Trails.”
