Stargazing At Neale Woods

Fontenelle Forest’s stargazing event at Neale Woods begins with a brief evening hike on dirt-packed trails as weather permits through the prairie and forest. Then as night falls, watch for stars together while learning about seasonal constellations and general astronomy.
Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather, wear good walking shoes, and bring a water bottle. Please bring a folding chair or blanket to sit on while stargazing and be ready to hike a short distance on easy to moderate terrain with your chair to the stargazing area.

- April 21, 8:30 to 10:30 p.m.
- May 6, 9 to 11 p.m.
$10 – $25
$10 for Members and $25 for Non-members. Pre-registration is required.
