Nights At The Joslyn

Monthly Nights at The Joslyn events are evenings for art immersion. Come out for art talks, art making, special programs, and tasty food and drinks (for purchase).
Upcoming themes:
- January 8 – Healthy Start with Art. Special guest speaker, Lauren Medici, Director of Partnerships & Programs at Opera Omaha, who will speak about Arts, Creativity & Health at 6 p.m. at Abbott Hall. Hear soothing atmospheric sound experience with Jason Horacek, Tere Lea, and Havalynn Russell. Create a work of art in the studio. Slow down and sketch in the galleries.
- Feb. 5 – Love. Elise Armani, Assistant Curator of Twentieth-Century Art, and Camryn Moore, Rae and Bill Dyer Curatorial Assistant will speak at 6 p.m. in Abbott Hall. Performance by The Soul Drummers, featuring music and drums from around the world. Create two works of art.
- March 5 – Celebrating Artists Who Are Women. Curator Conversation with arin Campbell, Phil Willson Curator of Contemporary Art, and Cady de la Cruz, Curatorial Assistant, Native American Art is at 6 p.m. in Abott Hall. Opera Omaha artists will perform in the galleries. Create art in the studio.
